EMDR 

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) is a form of therapy which uses  natural process to effectively treat a wide range of mental health problems, such as anxiety, obsessions and trauma/Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

Appointments and fees

Each counselling session costs £50 (individuals - 50 minutes) or £60 (couples - one hour). EMDR also costs £60 - one hour.
